1st Commencement Exercise for the 18 apprenticeship graduates (from Pampanga and Bulacan)
Just In: In compliance with the directives of Sec. Isidro S. Lapeña in strengthening the Enterprise-Based Training program thru the leadership of RD Balmyrson Valdez, Region III-TESDA Bulacan, and SM Foundation Inc., successfully conducted the 1st Commencement Exercise for the 18 apprenticeship graduates (from Pampanga and Bulacan) under the qualification of Customer Services NC II at SM City Pampanga, March 7, 2022.
This momentous event was given grace by the support of the TESDA PD Jovencio M. Ferrer, Jr.; and DSWD Region III representative Mr. Ferdinand Canlas; together with the SM Officials, Mr. Lester Pamintuan-AMM; Mr. Bien Mateo-SVP Operations, SM Malls; Mr. Rey Del Valle-SAVP Operation; Dorothy Sobrerega-AVP HR SM Market; and Ms. Cristie S. Angeles-AVP, Outreach Programs, SM Foundation, Inc.
The successful partnership of TESDA Region III and SM Foundation Inc. had developed and strengthened the skills of 18 apprentice graduates for the qualification of Customer Services NC II. The main objective of this program was to provide enough credentials thru industry-based training to help them land jobs and make them more hirable with the acquired qualifications from the program. This apprenticeship program made it possible for the 18 successful graduates immediately hired by SM Markets.
