
61 PWUDs (Persons Who Use Drugs) from Pamatawan, Subic, Zambales received their training certificates for completing the Orientation and Awareness in Driving Rules and Regulations
On January 28, 2023, 61 PWUDs (Persons Who Use Drugs) from Pamatawan, Subic, Zambales received their training certificates for completing the Orientation and Awareness in Driving Rules and Regulations facilitated by TESDA Provincial Training Center-Iba during the closing ceremony of PNP’s Recovery and Wellness Program (RWP).
Dr. Eugene Peñaranda, PTC-Iba Center Administrator with Engr. Jonathan Alvior, Training Instruction Supervisor, attended the closing ceremony organized by Subic Municipal Police Station headed by PMAJ Mark Sigua with PSMS Romeo Megu and the barangay officials of Pamatawan, Subic. IA III Marlou Ordoña, Assistant Provincial Officer of PDEA Zambales served as one of the event’s guest speakers. Ms. Kristine Joy Pesimo, Municipal Local Government Operations Officer also joined the said activity.
The training program aims to support the various recovery and wellness campaigns of the Philippine National Police (PNP) which is in the forefront of the complete rehabilitation of drug dependents so they can rebuild their lives and rejoin the community.
