After the Training of Trainers of Provincial Training Center- Tarlac on Theoretical Driving Course (TDC), Driver’s Orientation Course (DOC), and Comprehensive Driver’s Education held at Land Transportation Office Region 3. Center Administrator Leonardo R. Tabamo and PTC Personnel initiate a meeting with the LTO- Tarlac Officers in line with the implementation of the Memorandum of Agreement between TESDA and LTO for the Driving training.
