April 27, 2022: HONDA Motorcycles –Batangas visits PTC-Tarlac to propose Small Engine competition

Engr. Mervin A. Dayao and Engr. Denver Allan E. Manaig of HONDA motorcycles initially offered a proposal to PTC-Tarlac an entry for their competition, procedures and guidelines were discussed and as the discussion goes on, Engr. Norman C. Garcia of PTC-Tarlac instinctively cast other possible activities which led to partnership bearing mutual benefits to both parties. With much excitement, HONDA Motorcycles agreed to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement ( MOA) with PTC-Tarlac.
