April 28, 2022: RAC NC II Parents’ orientation

PTC-Tarlac Vocational Instruction Supervisor Engr. Alvin T. Castro, facilitated the Parents’ orientation, together with the trainees to be deployed for their Supervised Industry learning (SIL) to different industry partners on May 2, 2022. Engr. Castro presented the importance and advantages of having SIL prior to National Assessment, in addition to this, substantial Do’s and Don’ts were clearly discussed to give concrete directions not only to the future career of the trainees, but to their respective family as well.
Being the PTC-Tarlac SIL Focal, Engr. Norman C. Garcia, introduced to the parents the overview and real work experience of the trainees during the 240 hours (30 days) supervised Industry learning Experience. Through SIL, trainees further their acquired in-center skills training and can go farther for greener pasture and improve way of life.
PTC-Tarlac Center Admnistrator, Mr. Leonardo R. Tabamo extended his warm welcome and wished them luck on the deployment of the trainees, he warmly thanked the parents and guardians for entrusting the trainees to TESDA PTC-Tarlac.
