April 4, 2022: PTC-Tarlac conducts the flag Raising Ceremony headed by Center Administrator, Mr. Leonardo R. Tabamo. It was attended by the entire PTC Staff and personnel, together with the trainees and presided by Engr. Alvin T. Castro being the Vocational Instruction Supervisor.
Immediately after the ceremony, Mr. Tabamo emphasized what a genuine TESDAn should be, in words, deeds and values as one carries out its vision, mission, goals and objectives.
