Assessors’ Moderation 2023

On November 8, 2023, TESDA Aurora conducted Assessors’ Moderation 2023 attended by fifty four (54) accredited and would-be competency assessors from Aurora province.
TESDA Aurora invited Ms. Victoria B. Lugtu, Assistant Professor IV of Gonzalo Puyat School of Arts and Trade (GPSAT), Regional Expert Panel Member and Regional Lead Trainer for Trainers’ Methodology Level I and Level II.
She discussed the assessor’s responsibilities and the conduct of the competency assessment. An open forum was then held to help the assessors clarify some topics and gain understanding on how they should be handled.
The Assessors’ Moderation is held to ensure that all accredited competency assessors in Aurora would have a uniform understanding on the conduct of TESDA competency assessment.
