Assessors’ Moderation on March 30, 2022
TESDA Pampanga together with the Association of TVET Trainers and Assessors of Pampanga (ATTAP) conducted the Assessors’ Moderation on March 30, 2022 at the Holiday Land, City of San Fernando, Pampanga with the theme “Honing the Assessors’ Competency in the Now Normal: Increasing the Philippine Workforce in Time of Pandemic and Beyond.”
The event was attended by TESDA III Regional Director, Atty. Balmyrson M. Valdez, PD Atty. Eric O. Ueda, Dr. Alvin M. Sagum, Administrator of GPSAT, Ms. Emily G. Feliciano, Administrator of PTC – Guagua, the ATTAP Officers and 139 Competency Assessors of Pampanga.
After more than two years since the pandemic started, resource speakers Mr. Andres F. Cabalu and Ms. Victoria B. Lugtu as a refresher, presented and discussed the process of conducting the assessment and the duties and responsibilities of an assessor. At the end of the moderation all assessors have discussed and reached agreement about assessment processes and outcomes in a particular qualification.
