“Chocolate Cupcakes and Brownies Making”

September 1, 2021: In line with TESDA’s Abot Lahat and TESDAmayan advocacies, Concepcion Vocational School conducted Community-Based Training entitled “Chocolate Cupcakes and Brownies Making” facilitated by Dr. Lerma P. Llorente assisted by Mr. Alex G. Baustista to the People Deprived of Liberty (PDL) at Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Tarlac City Jail, Baras- Baras, Tarlac City headed by Ms. JINSP H. Isabel M. Pantig. The 25 PDL participants deeply expressed their gratefulness in having experienced making cupcake and chocolate cookies while in jail.
The training is also a part of BJMP’s celebration of the 121st Philippine Civil Service with the theme: “Changing Lives, Building a safer nation”. It is indeed with great pride that the TESDA-CVS has been a part of their celebration by means of unleashing the participants’ baking abilities which will contribute to their personal growth and community contribution once freedom is served.
