Community-based training (CBT) in Process Food by Sugar Concentration and Fermentation and Pickling
PTC-Tarlac conducted Community-based training (CBT) in process food by sugar concentration ( mango jam) and fermentation ( kimchi) and pickling ( Pickeld Papaya) to the residents of San Manuel, Tarlac participated by its local residents on July 28, 2022.
The CBT was conducted in the newly inaugurated training center of the municipality. PTC-Tarlac center Administrator, Mr. Leonardo R. Tabamo and TESDA-Tarlac, Provincial Director Engr. John Adawey greatly appreciate the Local government of San Manuel, Tarlac thru Hon. Mayor Donya Tesoro for the harmonious partnership established.
