Community-Based Training in Fermentation and Pickling

May 26, 2022: PTC-Tarlac headed by Mr. Leonardo R. Tabamo conducted another community-based training in Fermentation and Pickling, facilitated by Ms. Mary Grace L. Ocasion to the People Deprived of Liberty in Bureau of Jail Management and Penology. PTC-Tarlac would like to extend its warmest thanks to BJMP-Tarlac City headed by JAIL INSPECTOR JESSICA M CORPUZ, Warden for the opportunity to become an instrument of sharing skills and knowledge in making atchara and kimchi to the inmates which could be of great help for them in making them realize the value of HOPE, PURPOSE and LIFE within and outside the bars.
