Community based- training program in Dishwashing Liquid and Fabric Conditioner Making at Balay Silangan Reformation Center

LOOK: TESDA Pampanga Provincial Director Eric O. Ueda observed the conduct of community based- training program in Dishwashing Liquid and Fabric Conditioner Making at Balay Silangan Reformation Center together with Mr. Richard Alan Saul, Angeles Citi Drug Abuse Council (ACADAC) Program Head and Ms. Eldie Llamas, as the CBT Program trainer in the said programs.

Community-based training programs are purposively designed to catalyzed the creation of livelihood programs to help those who cannot access formal trainings, with a mission to get into productive undertakings to help themselves and their communities.
