Community based- training programs in Dishwashing Liquid and Fabric Conditioner making

TESDA Pampanga conducted a series of community based- training programs in Dishwashing Liquid and Fabric Conditioner making with one hundred seventy-three (173) participants.
Community-based training programs are purposively designed to catalyzed the creation of livelihood programs to help those who cannot access formal trainings, with a mission to get into productive undertakings to help themselves and their communities.
