Provincial Director Atty. Eric Ueda made his regular visit to Gonzalo Puyat School of Arts and Trade (Tesda Gpsat) to meet the personnel and staff headed by Dr. Alvin G. Sagum (Vocational School Administrator), as with regards to the continuous responsive delivery of myriad services to its clients through the offerings and implementation of its various programs.
