Coordination Meeting re: Deed of Usufruct between the City Government of Palayan City and TESDA Provincial Office – Nueva Ecija

Palayan City, Nueva Ecija – Dir. Ava Heidi V. Dela Torre, the Provincial Director of TESDA PO – Nueva Ecija, together with the Provincial Training Center Administrator, Engr, Esteban O. Samatra Jr. had a coordination meeting with Coun. Julius “Mader” Sta. Maria, the Chair of the Education and Training Committee, alongside with Atty. John Kenner Mendoza from the City Government of Palayan to discuss agreements and renegotiate on the number of years for the Deed of Usufruct between the two parties.
