CSC AWARDS TESDA III WITH PRIME-HRM EXCELLENCE
It is yet another feat for TESDA Region III and a feather in the cap of RD Balmyrson Valdez after the Civil Service Commission recognized the office for Excellence—meeting the enhanced indicators for the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in. Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM) Maturity Level II.
TESDA Region III has now completed the requirements in the four HR systems of: (1) recruitment, selection, and placement; (2) learning and development; (3) performance management; and (4) rewards and recognition.
CSC Regional Director Fernando Mendoza together with CSC Pampanga Director Emily Reyes presented the certificates of recognition to TESDA III.
In his acceptance message, RD Valdez said that the awards manifest the great efforts of TESDA Tres officers and personnel in implementing Human Resource Management and Development systems, adhering to applicable rules and statues, while innovating the processes.
PRIME-HRM is a mechanism of the CSC to empower national government agencies, local government units and government-owned and controlled corporations in institutionalizing and integrating human resource management systems in the organization.
This regional level award is a precursor to the coveted national Bronze Award on PRIME-HRM vied by TESDA III.
Also present during the awarding ceremony were CSC Pampanga HR Specialist Amalia Trinidad, a representative from the CSC Policies and Systems Evaluation Division and TESDA Region 3 Provincial Directors, Division Chiefs and Regional Office Personnel.
