Director Engr. John B. Adawey attended a virtual meeting

TESDA Tarlac Provincial Director Engr. John B. Adawey attended a virtual meeting with The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) Tarlac on September 22, 2021.
The meeting was organized to validate the area skills map based on the identified skills requirement with the industries on Construction and ICT sector of the Province.
During their meeting last June 29, 2021, they agreed to survey Construction and ICT industries/companies in the province to know the Jobs/Skills immediately needed for the said industries.
Ms. Neila Alibuyog presented the data regarding the survey conducted to the industries on the Construction and ICT sector in the Province regarding guide questions for industry consultations. The survey focuses on Jobs/Skills immediately needed for each industry/company and the assessment of the shortage of hard-to-fill jobs which is classified as Low (less than 100), Medium (100-500), and High (above 500).
Present were Dr. Alvin P. Belarmino, Regional Governor, PCCI Region III, Mr. Leonardo M. Cudo, President of PCCI- Tarlac, Atty. Maria Amalia T. Cayanan, Member of PCCI- Tarlac, Leonardo R. Tabamo, Center Administrator of PTC Tarlac and other TESDA concerned staff.
