GPSAT joins the 18-Day Campaign to end violence against women and their children spearheaded by its Vocational School Administrator, Dr. Alvin G. Sagum.
In support of the said program, On December 07, 2021, Ms. Rebena B. Canlas, GAD Focal of GPSAT facilitated a seminar and participated by GPSAT management and personnel. The said seminar focused on the “5 Ways Government are responding to VAWC during Covid-19. Part of the VAWC discussion was the knowledge and experience sharing as well as video viewing. Highlight of the said seminar was the discussions about the “Innovations of Women Entrepreneurs during Covid-19 Pandemic”. This aims to raise awareness especially to women on how to start their business and cope with the current situation.
This is just one of the many ways from which GPSAT continue to live by its vision and mission and remind every Filipina that they deserve an equal position in the society where we live in and help them realized what they can do to grasped their full potential.
