Cabalu had a group discussion with the 303rd Community Defense Center (CDC) from Belen, Homesite, Brgy. Sto. Cristo, Angeles City represented by Major Jaime V. Abibas (INF) PA Director.
This tie-up/partnership aims to strengthen its network and linkages with other organizations on the implementation and delivery of quality training program that will be reaching out all kinds and variety of beneficiaries.
