June 1, 2022: Inauguration ceremony of San Manuel Livelihood Training Center, San Manuel Tarlac attended by TESDA Tarlac Provincial Office, represented by PTC-Tarlac Center Administrator Mr. Leonardo R. Tabamo.
Municipal Mayor Cresencia “Donya” Reyes Tesoro stated that one of the purposes of the livelihood training center is for the people of the 1st district of Tarlac to enjoy free skills trainings to be provided by TESDA provincial office thru PTC-Tarlac. The facility encompasses training venues for various training programs.
