LOOK: President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, together with TESDA Secretary Isidro S. Lapena and other government officials, attended the Joint Meeting of the National Task Force and Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-RTF-ELCAC) held in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte.
During the event, President Duterte and Secretary Lapeña awarded the training certificates and the solar panels to the indigenous people (IP) beneficiaries of the Project SINDAW (Suga sa Paglaum).
