Launched Training at Barangay Poblacion II, San Clemente, Tarlac on November 25, 2021.

In the continuous partnership of TESDA for Agricultural related programs, the Provincial Training Center- Tarlac headed by Center Administrator Leonardo R. Tabamo together with Vocational Instruction Supervisor Engr. Alvin T. Castro launched training at Barangay Poblacion II, San Clemente, Tarlac on November 25, 2021.
The project aims to provide additional livelihood, and learning skills on income-generating opportunities for the twenty-five (25) Farmers in the said community through the conduct of Produce Organic Concoctions and Extracts.
