Launching and Consultation for NTF-ElCAC priority barangay Guisguis, Sta Cruz, Zambales

On August 5, 2022, TESDA Zambales Provincial Director Melanie Grace T. Romero and PTC Administrator Eugene I. Peñaranda, spearheaded the conduct of the Poverty Reduction Livelihood and Employment Cluster (PRLEC) Launching and Consultation for NTF-ElCAC priority barangay Guisguis, Sta Cruz, Zambales attended by Provincial Heads of PRLEC-member agencies namely, Department of Agriculture (DA) through the Provincial Agriculture Office (PAO), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO), Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Philippine National Police (PNP), Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), and Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) of Zambales, enumerating each of their support and pledge of commitment towards attaining sustainable peace in the community through a whole-of-government approach in reducing poverty and providing means for livelihood and employment.
On the same day, TESDA conducted the Training Induction Program on Produce Organic Concoction and Extracts (Leading to Organic Agriculture NCII) to twenty-three (23) scholars in the said barangay as an initial project provided by the agency under PRLEC.
