Rivera held at the Municipality of Sta Ignacia, Tarlac., on February 16, 2021.This event is aligned with the MOA between TESDA and AFP in the provision of possible trainings to be used in the Community Based Training especially for those who are reaching far-flung communities in the Province. This is one of the actions of TESDA creating a conducive environment for all and provide opportunities which will lead to them to be a participatory citizen with attaining inclusive and sustainable peace.
