LOOK: On May 17, 2021, Region III TESDA Bulacan conducted a Face-to-Face Community-Based Training on Soap Making (Dishwashing Liquid, Liquid Hand Soap, Bleaching Solution, Hand Sanitizer Formulation with Infection Control Program) and Basic Entrepreneurship Training at Bulacan Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

The training was conducted by Ms. Margarita P. Germar and was assisted by Jail Superintendent Joseph Eisen S. Tacdoy (City Jail Warden), SJO1 Carina R. Luciano (Administration and Operations Officer), and all Uniformed Personnel. A total of 18 immediate families of Persons Deprived with Liberty (PDL) benefitted from the training.
