LOOK: Region III-TESDA Bulacan together with Ms. Alma Fabillon, (a member of Community-Based Trainers Association of Bulacan) conducted the Alcohol and Hand Sanitizer Formulation with Infection Control Program and Basic Entrepreneurship Training for the eleven (11) identified Displaced Workers particularly women.

The Municipality of Pulilan thru the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Ms. Regina Go (PESO-CTEC Officer), and Mr. Edwin Esperida supported the training in celebration of the Kneeling Carabao Festival 2021.
