May 12, 2022: Wheeltek Motor Sales Corporation represented by Ms. Clarice Mae P. Nuza and Ms. Ma. Sophia Izabelle Samoy and PTC-Tarlac headed by Center Administrator, Mr. Leonardo R. Tabamo with Engr. Norman C. Garcia as Training Coordinator, had a collaboration which led to a successful 2-way flow of ideas which came up to a diversified stream of skills-matching that would tailor fit the industry’s needs.
The main objective of the collaboration turned partnership is to provide PTC-Tarlac’s Trainees a Supervised Industry Learning in an actual workplace scenario through Wheeltek Motor Sales which can widen their acquired in-center training and even up skill not only technical abilities but knowledge and attitude which play a very important role in rearing a good employee in the near future.
Engr. Norman comprehensively discussed the different Enterprise-Based trainings to the Wheeltek representatives which provided them not just what they need from the trainees but what TESDA needs from them which ended up with a very abundant learnings and partnership.
