Meeting with the President of the Fernandez College of Arts and Technology (FCAT)

READ: In promoting Diploma Course from Tech-Voc to Bachelor Degree the Regional Training Center Central Luzon-Guiguinto (RTCCL) headed by its Officer-In-Charge Mr. Rheo Henry M. Rodriguez had a meeting with the President of the Fernandez College of Arts and Technology (FCAT), Mr. Marcelo Fernandez in Baliuag, Bulacan for their partnership to offer Diploma Course.
The positive acceptance of the FCAT’s President to the training proposal of RTCCL led to immediate agreement to prepare the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the two institutions.
