Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to establish a training center within the Subic Bay Freeport Zone (SBFZ)


The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to establish a training center within the Subic Bay Freeport Zone (SBFZ) on June 17, 2022, at the Hilton Clark Hotel in Clark Freeport Zone.
It aims to provide training in fields connected to agriculture, construction, automotive, and land transportation-related sector to those employed within the freeport zone, including displaced workers due to the pandemic, indigenous people, and other underserved sectors in need of skill development.
The two-storey training facility with an area of 2000 s.q.m will be in SBFZ, located at Building No. 309, Canal Road.
