Monitoring of the status of the STAR books granted to CVS in 2019

DOST personnel headed by Ma’am Dinah T. Cañero, Science Research Specialist II, conduct monitoring of the status of the STAR books granted to CVS in 2019. Ms. Cristina Isla and Engr. Rainer Diaz from the IT Dept of DOST/ PSTC – Tarlac assesses the potential upgrading of the STAR Books.
