Motivational message to seventy (70) scholars of Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) NC II

On May 3, 2021, TESDA III Regional Director Atty. Balmyrson M. Valdez and TESDA Pampanga Provincial Director Atty. Eric O. Ueda, gave their motivational message to seventy (70) scholars of Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) NC II that were scheduled to receive their training allowance today, who at the same time interestedly participated in the conduct of community-based training program for Fabric Conditioner Making held at TESDA Pampanga Provincial Office.

This activity also uplifted the importance of community-based training programs, as these programs goes further than just mere skills training provision.

Community-based training programs are purposively designed to catalyzed the creation of livelihood programs to help those who cannot access formal trainings, with a mission to get into productive undertakings to help themselves and their communities.
