National days of mourning for the death of former President Benigno S. Aquino III

As embodied in Presidential Proclamation No. 1169 s. 2021, President Rodrigo Duterte has declared June 24, 2021, to July 3, 2021, as national days of mourning for the death of former President Benigno S. Aquino III.
In this regard, TESDA Pampanga joins the nation in commemorating and paying respect for the memory and legacy of the former President by having the national flag flown at half-mast from sunrise to sunset.
