TESDA Tarlac headed by Provincial Director Engr. John B. Adawey attended the Inauguration and Blessing of Balay Silangan Reformation Center at Brgy. Camangaan West, Moncada, Tarlac on July 06, 2021.
Balay Silangan is a community-based reformation program aimed to rehabilitate surrendered drug personalities across the country. The program builds temporary shelters to drug offenders with the objective of reforming them into self-sufficient and law-abiding members of society.
The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) has signified its serious intention to help Balay Silangan drug surrenderers through providing livelihood and skills training.
