On July 01, 2021, TESDA Pampanga Provincial Director Atty. Eric O. Ueda, distributed the starter toolkits to the beneficiaries of the 2019 STEP (Special Training for Employment Program) Scholarship Program conducted by the TESDA Accredited training providers under the qualifications of Dressmaking NCII and Automotive Servicing NC I
The starter toolkits, being one of the benefits under the STEP Scholarship Program, are given to deserving beneficiaries in order to address the specific skills needs of the communities through promoting employment, particularly through entrepreneurial, self-employment and service-oriented activities.
