On July 8, 2021, TESDA Pampanga conducted a community based- training program in Dishwashing Liquid making, benefited by twenty five (25) participants that were also scheduled to receive their starter toolkits.
This activity also uplifted the importance of community-based training programs, as these programs goes further than just mere skills training provision.
Community-based training programs are purposively designed to catalyzed the creation of livelihood programs to help those who cannot access formal trainings, with a mission to get into productive undertakings to help themselves and their communities.
