On May 11, 2021, TESDA Pampanga conducted a series of community-based training program in Fabric Conditioner making benefited by seventy-five (75) participants that were also scheduled to received their toolkits.

Community- based training programs are purposively designed to catalyze the creation of livelihood programs to help those who cannot access formal trainings, with a mission to get into productive undertakings to help themselves and their communities.
