On May 11, 2021, TESDA Pampanga distributed the starter toolkits to the beneficiaries of the 2019 STEP (Special Training for Employment Program) Scholarship Program conducted by Culinaire Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts under the qualification of Cookery NC II with seventy five (75) beneficiaries.

The starter toolkits, being one of the benefits under the STEP Scholarship Program, are given to deserving beneficiaries in order to address the specific skills needs of the communities through promoting employment, particularly through entrepreneurial, self-employment and service-oriented activities.
