On May 12, 2021, TESDA Pampanga conducted a series of community-based training program in Fabric Conditioner and Dishwashing Liquid making benefited by ninety-nine (99) beneficiaries that were also scheduled to receive their toolkits under the qualification of Cookery NC II.

Community- based training programs are purposively designed to catalyze the creation of livelihood programs to help those who cannot access formal trainings, with a mission to get into productive undertakings to help themselves and their communities.
