On May 21, 2021, TESDA Zambales held the distribution of starter toolkits for 50 STEP scholars in EPAS NC II and EIM NC II in Brgy. Buhawen, San Marcelino, Zambales. The activity was spearheaded by PTC Iba Center Administrator Eugene I. Peñaranda with Buhawen Brgy. Chairman Edgardo S. Dueñas and Police Corporal Homer Alvarez.
