On May 3, 2021, TESDA Pampanga Provincial Director Atty. Eric O. Ueda together with Ms. Emily G. Feliciano, the Center Administrator of the Provincial Training Center (PTC) of Guagua and Mr. Gener D. Nicolas, Jr. TESD Specialist I, attended the Monthly Meeting of the Association of Barangay Captains (ABC) in the Municipality of Guagua, Pampanga, which was presided by the ABC President Ms. Maria Filipinas M. Mallari and participated by the PESO Manager of Guagua, Ms. Ellaine M. Baul, and the barangay captains within the said municipality.

The Association of Barangay Captains (ABCs) is a formal organization of all the Barangay Captains in the Philippines for the purpose of ventilating and crystalizing issues affecting barangay government administrations and serving through proper and legal means, and solutions thereto.

This attendance is also in compliance to the directive reiterated in Memorandum No. 545 s. 2019, which can also serve as a venue to propagate and promote the agency’s programs through the provision and expansion of skills training program in barangays.
