On May 30, 2021, TESDA Pampanga conducted a series of community based- training programs in Dishwashing Liquid and Fabric Conditioner making with 146 beneficiaries held at Maabu, San Vicente Bacolor, Pampanga, with the presence of Maabu Youth Club and Ms. Eldie Lamas, as the trainer for the said programs.
Community-based training programs are purposively designed to catalyzed the creation of livelihood programs to help those who cannot access formal trainings, with a mission to get into productive undertakings to help themselves and their communities.
