On May 6, 2021, TESDA Pampanga conducted a series of community-based training program in Dishwashing Liquid and Fabric Conditioner Making benefited by one hundred seventy seven (177) participants.

Community-based training programs are purposively designed to catalyzed the creation of livelihood programs to help those who cannot access formal trainings, with a mission to get into productive undertakings to help themselves and their communities.
