Opening Ceremony of the 15-Day Retooled Community Support Program

Regional Director Atty. Balmyrson M. Valdez attended the Opening Ceremony of the 15-Day Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) Teams in Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (GIDAS) as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.
RD Atty. Balymrson M. Valdez emphasized on the importance of collaborative partnership between agencies and cited the Memorandum of Agreement of TESDA and the PNP which was signed on July 2020. It also included the accomplishment relative to the said MOA, such as the Skills Training and Trainers Training provided to PNP Personnel to assist TESDA in conducting training in GIDAS. The Audio-Video Presentation of the Barangay Development Program under PRLEC in San Mateo, Norzagaray, Bulacan was also presented as an example of convergence between difference agencies.
Lastly, he mentioned that TESDA, PNP and other Government agencies have with them the services that would capacitate each one of the beneficiaries to be more prepared and resilient specially in this trying times. He assured that all of them are in a very good hands when they are one with the objectives of the government.
