Possible partnership in Dual training System ( DTS)

On June 22, 2021, CVS’ Acting school Administrator Dr. Consolacion A. Talisik, together with the Vocational Instruction Supervisor, Mr. Rico D. Briones and Ms Mary Grace Ocasion, visited FilKorJa Food House at San Nicolas, Concepcion, Tarlac, owned and managed by Mr. Alfredo M. Timbol for possible partnership in Dual training System ( DTS).

During the presentation of the memorandum of Agreement ( MOA) Mr. Timbol honestly stated that, with the present situation have, it would be hard on his part to give the 75% of the minimum wage as the subsidy to be given to the trainees, but stated that he is more than willing to go on with the partnership. In fact he will be providing free meals to the trainees and consider time allotment if necessary for the safety and welfare of the trainees.

In addition to this, he also expressed his willingness to let his staff to go on an orientation or briefing regarding cookery and bread and pastry production for up skilling and professional development.

Dr. Talisik, offered in-company training instead of DTS since FilKorJa Food House still cannot afford to the 75% subsidy, and both parties agreed for a more bountiful partnership.
