Process food by salting, curing and smoking Community-Based Training ( CBT) in San Manuel High School, Tarlac City as part of the Brigada Eskwela 2022. Center Administrator, Mr. Leonardo R. Tabamo, represented by Vocational Instruction Supervisor, Engr. Alvin T. Castro of PTC-Tarlac attended the said CBT, Mr. Larry Perez from TESDA-Provincial Office was also present in partnership with Rotary Club of Midtown, headed by its President, Ms. Beng Pingol accompanied by the present and past officials.
Bangus-Tinapa, Tocino and Skinless Longganisa were tastefully and perfectly produced by the 33 participants, which according to them, the added knowledge and skills could be used as a source of income for their living. Majority of the participants composed of 4Ps beneficiaries, farmers and unemployed parents of school children.
