Prof. Eduardo Morato, fondly called Prof. Edmo, is truly a big loss to our agency. At the start, he guided the officers, men and women of then NMYC as it transitioned to what is now known as TESDA. From then on, he became TESDA’s consultant in Strategic Planning, Action Programming, and Organizational Development, among others. He was instrumental in the formulation of the National Technical Education and Skills Development Plan 2018-2022 and the Comprehensive Reform and Development Agenda.
The wisdom, guidance and mentoring you selflessly shared with us will live on. May you rest in eternal peace, Prof. Edmo. TESDA will greatly miss you.
