Proposed implementation of Skills Training for the Former Rebels, through the Community Based Training Program

The meeting was ended with expectations from TESDA-Tarlac together with the converge partner agencies to participate in the upcoming training on Poverty Reduction, Livelihood and Employment Cluster.
The meeting consultation was organized by TESDA Tarlac and 1st Civil Relation Group Civil Relation Service, AFP Camp General Servillano Aquino to provide information to convergence partner agencies regarding for the proposed implementation of Skills Training for the Former Rebels, through the Community Based Training Program of TESDA Tarlac intended to the Malayang Magsasaka ng Asyenda Luisita, (MALAYA) Former Alyansa ng Magbubukid sa Asyenda Luisita (AMBALA).
Present were BGEN Abraham Claro Casis PA (RET), Col. Arnel B. Cabugon (GSC) Group Commander Dept of Agrarian Reform Representative (DAR) and TESDA Provincial Office Representative.
