Proud Pangasinense, Proud Tesdan! Thank you DDG Gabriel Quisumbing for being part of your Party in your Visits to the Provincial Government of Pangasinan and the Municipal Goverment of Lingayen. In line with the Tesda Abot Lahat guiding principle of our DG. TESDA(Sir/Sec Sid Lapena), you were able to articulate the guidance and direction of the Tesda Leadership in so far as the Lead Agency (Cluster Chair) in Poverty Reduction, Livelihood and Employment (PRLEC) of the EO70-NTF ELCAC. This Whole Of Nation Approach (WONA) strategy of the government will definitely end local communist armed conflict (ELCAC). This includes the “training packages” depending on the manpower requirement of LGUs. On a lighter note, I’d like to thank Gov “Pogi” Espino (Pangasinan Book “Pinablin Dalin”), Mayor Leopoldo N Bataoil (Executive Planner) and DDG Luigi (Challenge Coin) for the souvenirs.
