Provincial Training Center – Guagua (PTC-Guagua)
As TESDA is mandated to provide technical education and skills training for the development of middle level manpower, the Provincial Training Center – Guagua (PTC-Guagua) continues to forge strong partnership with the Local Government Unit – Porac Manpower Training Center.
On March 09, 2023, the partnership has been finally formalized through signing of the Memorandum of Agreement. The remarkable event was personally attended by the TESDA III Regional Director Atty. Balmyrson M. Valdez, being the authorized signatory for the MOA representing TESDA PTC-Guagua.
Municipal Mayor Jaime V. Capil also gave his precious time to surely have signed the MOA being the representing signatory for the Local Government Unit of Porac for Porac Manpower Training Center.
The partnership intends to go a long way in creating a strong and better community as both seize opportunities to combine and enhance public programs and local initiatives to better respond to a new set of concerns of the public and to promote sustainable development through matching better skills training.
PTC-Guagua Center Administrator Emily G. Feliciano along with the TEAM PTC-Guagua Engr. Andres F. Cabalu, Norman A. Navarro, Marcos F. Fuerte and Marian S. Antonio were also present to grace and witness the MOA Signing.
Finally, both came to a close with a few parting message, giving the assurance that all beneficiaries will be thoroughly monitored to finish trainings that will be given to them and the intent to a continued collaboration leading to a prosperous development of the underprivileged.
