RD Balmryson M Valdez conducted an on-site inspection of the 2,000sq meters property subject of a Deed of Usufruct in favor of PTC Tarlac. Thanks to Tarlac Governor Susan Yap and the Sangguniang Panlunsod of Tarlac.
The property provided for the use of TESDA was obtained thru the effort of the Provincial Director of Tarlac John Adawey and Provincial Training Center Administrator Leonardo “Bong” Tabamo.
